Talent Management and Diversity Council
To improve the implementation of the planned projects, a Talent Management and Diversity (TMD) Council has been established at the School, which is composed of diversity-relevant representatives (e.g. women's representative, representative of severely disabled persons) as well as representatives of staff, professors and students and thus represents the interests of all groups in the School. The TMD Council meets once per semester.
The TMD Council's long-term goals are to improve the information situation within the School on all matters concerning equality and diversity. Furthermore, projects in the areas of science management, talent management and work-life balance are to be implemented.
