School Council approves Vice Deans for the School of Natural Sciences

The School Council of TUM School of Natural Sciences (NAT) has approved the positions of Vice Deans for all positions. New to the role of Vice Dean of Academic and Student Affairs is Prof. Fritz E. Kühn. Continuing in their previous roles are Vice Dean of Research and Innovation Prof. Thomas Brück, Vice Dean of Information Management Dr. Josef Homolka, and Vice Dean of Talent Management and Diversity Prof. Karen Alim. 

Effective 1 October 2025, all Vice Deans have assumed their leadership roles in the NAT School. They will lead the School on the NAT Executive Board, in cooperation with the Heads of Department of Bioscience (Prof. Johannes Buchner), Chemistry (Prof. Tom Nilges), and Physics (Prof. Frank Pollmann). 

The NAT School offers thanks to outgoing Vice Dean of Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Reinhard Kienberger, who has served the School since its founding in 2022.
